The Twist PS

Just came back from Palm Springs and stayed at The Twist, it's such a nice and cozy / retro California style hotel. Rooms / apartments a so big and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. We really enjoyed that easy going no rush vibe. Check in was so smooth and people at the office were really friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at the TWIST! We absolutely loved it. Stayed four nights! Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, and super accommodating and communicative! Our room was a very spacious ground floor unit with a huge patio and fire pit. It was like having our own apartment vs standard hotel rooms! Full kitchen and equipped for everything you need. Great pool and hot tub under the stars! Fantastic Mountain View’s, and we loved being right next-door to coffee and bars and walkable to shops/restaurants downtown. No car needed, just used Lyft when needed. We’ve been to Palm Springs a dozen times and love to always try new places, but this will be one accommodation we would definitely return to, and plan to as soon as we can come back to this wonderful sunny escape! Special thanks to Jamie & Mateo for outstanding service, kindness, and being wonderful on-site staff! It makes such a difference in the overall experience!!

Great boutique mid-century modern (with a twist) hotel. Nicely updated with great amenities like semi private patios or balconies, spacious rooms and chic decor. We stayed in the king studio 1st floor which allowed us a semi private patios with fire pit. I say semi only because hedges separate you from your neighbors in the fire pit area. No biggie to us. Plenty of privacy in our opinion. Staff was super friendly upon check in. Offering free margaritas not sure if that’s the case for all, but I think it is. We didn’t enjoy the pool but it looked great. There’s a little putting green and free bikes. We opted for the beach cruisers to head a mile or less downtown to meet up with friends or would have enjoyed more of the onsite amenities. We’d come back for sure.

Thank you so much for a great stay! I am a local resident and I had coworkers come stay in Palm Springs for 3 nights. I booked 9 rooms for a work meeting and it was fantastic. They even set up a small meeting space for us at an adjacent space that was perfect. Rooms are VERY PALM SPRINGS! Large, spacious, great views! My bed was super comfortable. I actually wish i had more time to spend there as I never got to use the pool or the putt putt. Jamie and Patrina were super helpful in setting up gift bags that i had put together, in each guest's room prior to their stay. THANK YOU! and to Mateo! You are awesome. Really welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will recommend The Twist for anyone coming to visit Palm Springs. Again, thanks!

Such a wonderful stay! Staff is the best, so friendly, helpful and awesome! The room was fun and bright retro decor, spacious and clean and the location was perfect, and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and lovely neighborhoods! We loved everything about The Twist and can’t wait to return!

Before talking about the hotel itself, first I need to talk about the hospitality provided by the staff. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jamie, an amazing professional, super fun, nice, he gave us an incredible first impression of the hotel and definitely made a difference! I don’t know if he’s the owner or an employee, if he’s the owner, Jamie - you have everything to continue to be successful. Your vibe matches perfectly with the place . If you are an employee, I truly hope they give you a big raise hahahha you deserve it! 10/10! The place is super cute, I loved the decorations, the location (very close to the restaurants and stores), loved that we were received with a complementary margarita! The pool is super clean, great temperature, there’s also a hot tub, it’s a very good place to chill and relax. The room we stayed I think it’s the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed. It’s HUGE! It’s basically a full studio with a big fridge, stove, microwave, everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable, with a couch , big tv , a lot of space and a great outside area with a fire pit. Overall, this hotel made our first trip to PS perfect! I’m definitely going back to the city and staying in the same hotel.

I stayed here for a week when I visited Palm Springs for work. When I tell you, everything about the stay was perfect. Hospitality was on point, Staff was so amazing. The decor was on point and was a perfect blend of fun, fun and functional. Mateo was everything!! I will be staying here every time I go back!!
